I’m Melissa, a proud mother, wife, self care enthusiast, Aveda-trained esthetician, and founder of Abbracciati Esthetics. I have a passion for skin care and believe that a holistic approach to self care is essential for a healthy lifestyle. How we talk to ourselves, how we move our bodies, the people we surround ourselves with, and taking the time we need for ourselves are a few of the things we can do to feed body, mind and spirit.
